Opportunities
Operate account-level Funnel journeys from detection through a verified or reversed outcome.
Opportunities is the operational queue for Funnel journeys. It shows which accounts have entered the process, what needs attention, and how each journey progressed toward an outcome.
Open Opportunities for the Kanban board or switch to the list when you need denser review.
Pipeline stages
The board groups journeys by the furthest meaningful stage reached:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Detected | A qualifying revenue moment was found. |
| Qualified | Eligibility and policy checks passed. |
| Viewed | The customer saw the Funnel experience. |
| Engaged | The customer interacted with the journey. |
| Action pending | An approval or authoritative action is still unresolved. |
| Converted | The verified goal occurred. |
| Closed | The journey ended without a current conversion, was suppressed, or was reversed. |
Detailed states remain available inside the opportunity and in list filters. The board stage is the simpler operating summary; it does not rewrite the underlying journey or outcome evidence.
Filter and investigate
Search by account or Funnel, and use Add filter for motion, stage/state, outcome, owner, plan, surface, trigger mode, score band, date, or Funnel.
Open an opportunity in its drawer to review:
- Account and Funnel context.
- Current stage and detailed state.
- Objective and estimated or verified value.
- Trigger, eligibility, exposure, action, and outcome evidence.
- Approval, delivery, or execution failures that need attention.
Open the linked account when you need the full customer record. Open the Funnel when you need to change future journey behavior. Do not edit historical evidence to make a journey appear successful.
