Saved Lists

Save filtered account, event, and signal segments for repeatable review and Funnel enrollment.

Saved lists capture reusable filters and current membership across Accounts, Events, and Signals. Use them when a segment is useful enough to revisit, share, or use for Funnel enrollment.

Where saved lists appear

Saved lists are available on:

  • Accounts
  • Events
  • Signals

Each surface has its own allowed filter fields. A saved list created for Accounts is not the same as a saved list created for Signals.

Refresh intervals

When creating a list, choose how membership should refresh:

IntervalUse it for
ManualInvestigations, one-time audits, and lists you want to control.
DailyActive operating segments that should stay current.
WeeklyReview queues that do not need daily changes.
Monthly on the 1stReporting or account review cohorts.

The current membership is saved when the list is created. Scheduled refresh keeps membership aligned to the filters over time.

Account list examples

Useful account lists include:

  • Active accounts with Friction load 30d greater than or equal to 0.35.
  • Accounts with Sentiment score 30d less than -0.2.
  • Trial accounts with Upgrade intent 14d greater than 0.
  • Accounts with Event KPI evidence band 30d equal to usable.
  • Accounts with no recent event activity.

Account lists can become Funnel enrollment scopes when a journey should only apply to a known segment.

Event list examples

Useful event lists include:

  • Rejected events from a specific source.
  • Events with mapping status needs review.
  • Checkout events from the last week.
  • Events missing useful properties.
  • Diagnostic-only PostHog or Segment events.

Event lists are helpful for data QA and source cleanup.

Signal list examples

Useful signal lists include:

  • New Grow signals with high confidence.
  • Save signals waiting for review.
  • Signals consumed by a specific Funnel.
  • Signals routed to Slack but not resolved.
  • Signals with prediction caveats.

Signal lists are helpful for team triage and weekly review.

Best practices

  • Name lists by intent, not implementation detail.
  • Keep filters narrow enough that membership is explainable.
  • Use manual refresh for investigations.
  • Use daily or weekly refresh for operating segments.
  • Review list membership before using it for Funnel enrollment.
  • Delete or archive stale lists when a workflow changes.
