Workspace, Team, and Notification Settings
Manage workspace profile, users, groups, notification teams, integrations, and billing access.
Settings control workspace operations. Use them to manage profile details, users, groups, notification audiences, integrations, and billing access.
Open Settings in the app.
Settings areas
| Area | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Profile | Personal account and user-level settings. |
| Workspace | Workspace profile and organization-level details. |
| Team | Workspace members, invitations, roles, and groups. |
| Notifications | Signal notification teams, email settings, Slack channel setup, and delivery health. |
| Integrations | Sources, destinations, credentials, tests, and activity. |
| Billing | Prevenue subscription and plan access. |
Exact access depends on workspace role and organization permissions.
Team members and roles
Use Settings > Team to invite teammates, change roles, cancel or resend invitations, remove members, and assign people to groups.
Owners and protected workspace access may not be editable by all admins.
Groups and notification teams
Groups help organize people who should receive signal notifications. Notification teams can have:
- Members.
- Email enabled or disabled.
- Slack enabled or disabled.
- Slack channel connection.
- Daily caps.
- Delivery health.
Use teams to route Funnel follow-up and Slack alerts to the people who own the next action.
Notification setup
Use Settings > Notifications to:
- Create a team.
- Assign members.
- Configure email delivery.
- Connect Slack.
- Send a Slack test.
- Review team delivery health.
- Archive teams that are no longer used.
If a team shows needs setup, check member count, email or Slack settings, and Slack channel connection.
Integration access
Use Settings > Integrations to create credentials, rotate or revoke keys, connect OAuth providers, open setup guides, send tests, and review recent source or destination activity.
Only users with the right workspace permissions should manage credentials and destinations.
Billing access
Use Settings > Billing to review Prevenue plan and subscription information. Customer billing data for monitored revenue is managed through source integrations such as Stripe.
