Workspace
A workspace contains your integrations, event mappings, signal rules, destinations, billing settings, and team access.
Event
An event is a product, billing, or customer action that Prevenue can evaluate. Events should include a stable customer or account identifier whenever possible.
Mapping
Mappings help Prevenue understand how incoming event names and properties should be interpreted across different sources.
Signal
A signal is a revenue-relevant moment detected from account behavior or context. Signals are meant to be reviewed, routed, and acted on.
Destination
A destination is where Prevenue sends signal output after it has been evaluated, such as Slack, a webhook endpoint, or an email workflow.
