No events are showing up
Confirm the source integration is enabled, the event source is sending data, and incoming payloads include a stable account or customer identifier.
Events are hard to map
Review event names and property names for consistency. Avoid sending multiple names for the same customer action unless the distinction is meaningful.
Signals are noisy
Start with fewer signal rules and tune one workflow at a time. Review whether the triggering events represent meaningful customer behavior.
Destination messages are missing context
Check that the source events include the properties your team needs to understand and act on the signal.
